9:13 AMOpposed, same sign.motion carried.>> the next item I have is solidwaste related. if you recall, there is alandfill shop building that's uptowards sort of the landfillarea. It's that old building. It's used for the landfill crew. That is in need of some repair. Currently, the roof -- rainwater is totally leaking into thebuilding, the light fixtures andall of that, and jake can attestto that. And he was kind enough to get usa proposal from met-con toreroof over the existing metalroof for the amount of $28,844. We currently do have a projectin 2017, the capital projectthat we are actually moving tothe 2018 budget. So there is $30,000 of capitalavailable in our regular budgetthis year that could be used forthis purpose.
9:14 AMOkay.i'll make a motion to approvethe reroof of the landfillbuilding.

9:14 AMMake the -- okay, thank you. And a second from commissionerdocken. Any discussion on this at all? Hearing none, all those in favorof the motion on the floor, signify by saying aye.
Aye.
Opposed, same sign.motion carried.thanks, julie.>> thank you.
Attorney's office, john.>> well, it feels like groundhogday with this request.this is the armer agreement that I came before you in June andasked you to approve. Mndot responded that they wantedan actual ordinance approving the agreement that you approvedin june, which was resigning anagreement that you had approvedearlier that they wanted us to approve again. I should really make the sheriffcome up and do this, becauseit's really his agreement. But i'm before you again askingyou to approve and issue aresolution approving theagreement that you've approved in the past, which is theagreement that you approved inthe past, which is really forthe benefit of the sheriff's office.

9:15 AMI've got a motion bycommissioner bauer and a secondby Commissioner Malecha.any discussion on this item? hearing none, all those in favorof the motion on the floor, signify by saying aye.
Aye.
Opposed, same sign.motion carried.nobody could have said that moreeloquently than you did, john. [ indistinct comment ]so here comes the sheriff withhis ad lib to this here.
