1.              Variance / Bouvette(Northern Natural Gas) - Section 2, Warsaw Township

Harry Bouvette, on behalf of landowner Northern Natural Gas Co, has applied for a 2-ft variance from the 35-ft peak building height limitation to allow for a 42-ft by 80-ft natural gas compressor building with a 37-ft peak height. 2.              Variance / Kodada (Ross) - Section 18, Forest Township

Joe Kodada, on behalf of landowners Allen and Kathleen Ross, has applied for a 9-ft variance from the 70-ft Road Right of Way (ROW) setback requirement to allow for rebuilding, on an existing foundation, a fire-damaged home located 61-ft from the ROW of Falls Trail. 3.              Variance / Meyer - Section 4, Richland Township

Board of Adjustment Hearing Procedure:

The Chair calls the item to be heard and planning staff to present the staff report and answer questions from the members. The Chair asks the applicant to present their information and answer questions of the members. Chair then opens the meeting to the public. Each speaker will have a set number of minutes to present their information. They must come to the speaker stand and state their name and address before presenting their comments. After the public comments, the Board of Adjustment publicly discusses the information and reviews the findings before making a motion to recommend approval, denial or to continue the item.
